Since the moment we stepped into the dealership we were treated like royalty. I came in looking for a used 335i and left with the car and much more. Jason Merced helped us not only with the sale but with some very usefulinsurance information that actually has helped my wife and i save money. We were never pressured and were treated in an honest manner. I would not only do business with BMW of Bridgeport but would recommend my friends too.

Kurt was nothing but helpful. He tok the time to meet with us on multiple days and explained everything. When we took delivery of our car he even called Sirius for us to set up the free trial. Kurt is a pleasant sales person who doesn't pressure you to do anything you don't want to do.

This is the second car we purchased from Jason & definatly not the last. He makes the whole sales process PAINLESS. My experience with Tom was so positive back in April (when I leased my wife an X5) that I returned to Tom when my 2009 BMW 335i lease was expiring this winter. I have given the ratings I did because they are accurate! It is because of the expertise of my salesperson Jason Gellatly and the welcoming treatment I received from BMW of Bridgeport that I feel comfortable with my ratings. I purchased a 2007 Certified Pre-owned BMW328xi in September 2010 and had a completely positive experience with Client Advisor and Business Manager. Subsequent service visit to top off coolant without appointment, no charge, and oil change covered under extended service after one year were both handled professionally and promptly.
