Tom Hurley was very helpful and informative. Made the buying process enjoyable. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in buying a BMW. The dealership is modern and very inviting. Great service department. I switched from Darien BMW for the superior service.
Tom Hurley is a professional - he listened and worked with me to get the car that best fit my needs. I would use him again in the future. Things were a little hectic at month-end so I felt a tad hurried. Catherine was a fast talker - felt like I was being "processed". I would suggest she tone down her pitch (or perhaps drink less coffee). A bit too much of a hard sell on the add ons being offered. Overall a quality experience.
Tom was one of the best dealers I've had in my 30 years of buying cars. He is very knowledgeable about the ActiveE that I leased and was very quick in getting information he didn't immediately have. Tom is also a very nice person. I would highly recommend both Tom Hurley and BMW of Bridgeport to my friends.
Best experience I've ever had buying a car. This followed a visit to other BMW dealers that preferred to use the salesman as a gate,experience during the sales process. At Bridgeport, you speak to everyone the person who appraises your trade, the manager, the owner if you want. We were so impressed - we went in for a used car and came out with both a used car and a brand new one! Ernie was awesome - even called within days to make sure everything was fine - which of course it was!

This is the 5th BMW I have bought from BMW of Bridgeport and David Bayliss. David is an absolute pleasure to work with...knowledgeable courteous and best of all...NO pressure! I have recommended several friends to David as well and each have thanked me saying its refreshing to work with a car salesman that doesn't pressure you. I HIGHLY recommend!!
