My old car was totaled and I needed to replace it quickly. My salesman, Jason, was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very supportive. He was always available and answered my questions no matter how trivial. I was having a hard time deciding which car to purchase, and he helped me look through the entire inventory until I was sure of what I wanted. overall great experience from start to finish. didn't think america was about service anymore; always about efficiency and the bottom line. we stumbled across kurt by pure chance and i consider us to be lucky we did. their quality product (great car) and spectacular service makes me realize why bmw has become such a market leader in the luxury car segment. i will definitely go back when i'm eady to buy another car and would without question recomend to a friend.

Kurt was incredibly professional and honest from the very beginning. He knows his product very well and has a commanding understanding of the business. He came in with a very fair price and a reasonable trade offer for my existing car without any haggling. He was very transparent with the various pricing methods and factors which allowed me to easily decide which was right for me. This dealership knows how to run a business. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, particularly client advisor, Jason Gellatly. Jason took me on my test drive of a new 2011 BMW X3 and was able to meet all of my questions and concerns with honesty and thoroughness. Jason worked hard to meet my expectation on sales price and trade in and I purchased the day of my first visit. This was the second car I purchased from BMW of Bridgeport, both times working with David Baylis. As with the first time, the overall experience was excellent; David was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, professional and perhaps most importantly, honest. I bought my BMW! The staff was great I would buy again from them and refer. Go see Jason G! I didnt think i would get approved for the special financing but they worked it out for me AND with NO MONEY DOWN! that might have been the best part!

i researched my vehicle thoroughly before going to a dealer, and then i researched dealers. i chose bmw of bridgeport because it had several x3's in inventory, and a bigger inventory in general, compared to another dealer which was a bit closer. i wanted to check out the rear seating for space. i also wanted to compare the sport seats with the regular seats [liked the sport seats], and see if i wanted the heads up display [no]. i later learned that the fact that bmw of bridgeport is a high volume, center-of-excellence dealer... read more
