In December 2009, I signed a 3 year lease for a 3 Series BMW that is coming to an end. Worth the extra drive for excellent customer service! Very prompt in getting answers to questions, findi g what car you are looking for and willing to work with you to get a reasonable deal.
There was no pressure. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and so was Cathy (who handled the finance end). Also, the facility itself is very user friendly, clean and well-organized. There was a great vehicle selection and I found the car I was looking for. I'm very happy I went to Bridgeport BMW!
