I would rate this dealer as excellent. I leased a 535Xi from a dealer in upstate new York back in 2008. BMW of Bridgeport handled all my service requirements very professionally. The facility was clean at all times and the people were excellent to deal with. I realize it is part of the BMW service program but they were very accommodating for the last 39 months. Jason and Tim (the General Sales Manager) were absolutely fantastic to work with. The patience they had while I was trying to choose the "right" car was remarkable (took about a month). In addition, Walt Modeen in the Service department was a great help in advising what types of things to be thinking about from a cost of maintenance/service perspective on a couple of different cars I was looking at. Had a good experience buying my first BMW. Traded in a Saab, got a good trade in value, the service was very friendly and prompt. They made it happen even with a credit score that got bruised for the past 3 years with opening up two businesses during a recession.
Traded in a Volvo and purchased a 2010 535 Xdrive from the dealership. Found them easy to deal with especially our client advisor David Baylis. David was knowledgeable, not pushy and did everything to see that the deal went through without any difficulty. We went there with a financing rate of 2.99% in our pocket and were pleasantly surprised when David located financing at 2.59%, not a huge difference but a savings none the less. Very nice experience. Everthing as promised and above board. Also, got the best price for a certified BMW of any dealership in Ct including non BMW dealerships as well. Jason Merced was incredible as was the entire dealership! He was knowledgeable, friendly & never pushy. What was truly appreciated was that he was honest with us. After visiting a few local other BMW dealerships, Bridgeport doesn't compare to the others. They are clean, up to date, willing to help & you never feel like you are rushed, which is truly appreciated. We would recommend him & this dealership to anyone interested in a BMW.
