I purchased a ne car, ordered what I wanted. It came through as ordered, was ready for me when the dealer said it would be. He explained the operations of the car and has called me to see if I have any new questions and reminded me that he was there for any help that I might need. I am a happy customer.

I'm a first time BMW buyer. The staff at BMW of Bridgeport couldn't have been more welcoming and courteous. Kurt Kressu was terrific to work with. He answered all questions, was patient during my decision process, and was great with following up with me after purchase. The certified pre-owned that I purchased needed some paint touch ups, as well as, buffing out some scratches. When I picked up the car, it looked like new. My wife and I worked with Tom Ballou. He was fantastic and actually made the experience enjoyable. He put us at ease; gave us what I consider to be a good deal; made candid, money-saving recommendations; and even walked our dog while we worked out the financing with Jeff. My experience with BMW of Bridgeport was great!!! Kurt Kressu was a wealth of knowledge from start to end. He paid great attention to detail and had much patience with helping me find the exact vehicle I wanted!! In addition, Tim Coughlin was instumental in getting me a great car for a great price!! I worked mainly with John on my M6 Convertible. It was a very good experience. I had no issues or problems with the transaction. They were reasonable on the pricing. I did a bit of price negoatiating and they were fair with the process; not at all advesarial or tough. I felt treated very fairly and got what I consider to be a great deal. This was my first time purchasing a BMW, and I was anxious, not knowing the process and how it would work. Kurt Kressu was understanding, patient and explained every detail (sometime more than once). He worked hard to understand my needs and matched them perfectly. He found the exact car I wanted--with all the features, even the right color--at a great price.
