Sales people were very courteous. They answered all my questions. There was a wide variety of certified preowned cars to choose from. The price of car was reasonable and vehicle was cleaned up very nicely. Warranty and maintenance package were very good.

I serviced my 07 BMW here and after I found myself completely satisfied everytime with the service performed, I knew I wanted to buy my '10 at BMW Bridgeport. Leo Caputo was a very respectful salesman who i felt was a friend helping me. He sends of a good vibe that you arent just a customer but a friend as well. We spent half the time BSing about things. He also called me back in a timely manner even after I kept calling as i was extremely eager to pick up my car. And, after every time i called him he told me told that i wasnt a bother. We were very happy with our visit and purchase at BMW of Bridgeport. Before going to this dealership, we visited BMW of Watertown on the intent of seeing a car they told us they had over the phone. Mind you, when we got there, the car we wanted to see, did not exsit. At BMW of Bridgeport, Kurt searched high and low for a car that had just come of a lease. Our family owns several BMW vehicles and have them serviced in Bridgeport. The service representative we all choose is Tona Zarelli. She always goes beyond what is expected from her to be sure that the sevice experience is a good one. Tona is always sure to listen to the problem and arrange an appointment as quickly as needed. I visited several dealerships, including one that I had patronized for many years that had changed ownership. The service level and inclination to be accommodating in the old dealership had disappeared. I found BMW of Bridgeport, specifically, Kurt Kressu, to be sensitive to my needs and willing to work to design a deal that would fit my circumstances. I always get treated with respect and honesty when i get my car serviced there. The establishment is new, cleans and all employees are friendly. Tona takes the time to go over in detail what is wrong with my vehicle and what is actually going to be serviced.
I did extensive internet shopping and visited several dealers in my search for a new car. Tom was the only salesperson I met during this process that was not your typical car salesperson.
