I spent 2 years with a recurring problem that BMW of Watertown never seemed to fix. Decided to change dealers for service and went to BMW of Darien. That experience wasn't the best and the customer service lacked so I went back to BMW of Watertown. They again did not fix the same problem and charged me 2 hours of labor to tell me I had too much alcohol in my gas and BMW wouldn't warranty that. Kurt Kressu was very pro-active with us. We were originally working with BMW Darien but he called and offered us a better discount on a new 535XI 2011 model. Darien could not touch the discount. The car arrived quickly at the beginning of the month - Nov 2011 in the shortest period of time from order. All is very well. Kressu did his job explaining all the features. This was my first BMW purchase. I was impressed with the service, especially that provided by my client advisor David Baylis. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to do business with. I was also pleased with Jeff Pearce, who made the financial details easy to understand .
Salesman was very helpful and professional. There was no sales pressure at all. We test drove one car and took it home that same day. Dealership was prestine and conveniently located.
