I have just leased my first BMW from BMW of Bridgeport and I can say that it has been a pleasurable experience. Tom Ballou, client advisor was extremely professional, courteous and easy to work with. I was looking for a desiel engine car in the matket. BMW provide such an option. I contact them online and they direct me to BMW of Bridgeport in my area. I was then contacted by the dealer. They invite me to a special promotion with a promotion coupon. There I made my best deal and I presented the coupon afterwards. They honestly accepted the coupon and rendered me additional discount from my "best deal".
Brought my car in from North Carolina where I go to school and was concerned that the service might not be as good as where I bought the car - not an unusual situation. No worries, the service at BMW of Bridgeport (Walt Modeen) was awesome. It was like I bought my car from Walt last week and was taking delivery. He took care of the standard maintenence stuff and walked me thru some issues I had with the nav system and I was on the road in no time. BTW, Ashley in the service department is awesome, too!
I'm very happy dealing with the staff at BMW of Bridgeport, customer service is excellent, as is the quality of the work performed, timeliness and friendliness. They have fit me into their schedule when necessary, have always had the work completed when promissed, and always make you feel like the most important customer in the dealership.
Went to BMW of Bridgeport to look at a 325xi for my 70 year old aunt. Walter was the first to welcome us he was very helpful made us feel right at home. By the time we were done we felt like we we dealing with a family memeber not a car dealer. I would recommed them to anyone.
