"An efficient and welcoming service." From the first call to make an appointment, I am treated with respect and understanding together with a can-do attitude. Arrival and check-in at Thompson Service is quick and efficient. Service advisors know why I am there and are interested in my opinion. The waiting area is pleasant. They are always quick with a loaner if that becomes necessary. Its worth the long drive for us to get there.
