"Business as usual with precautions" Some other dealers in the area are taking more stringent precautions, but I felt Thompson's were adequate. Service was performed as expected. I was pleased to learn that a part was replaced gratis under BMW's extended warranty for that module. My contacts have always been friendly, helpful and efficient.
