"I had a tough time with tire service. Thompson..." I had a tough time with tire service. Thompson recommended the tires to be rotated and balanced (fine routinely) but the result was a car that shook horribly and the car had to be returned for service to fix the issue. The shaking would have been obvious if a test drive was performed. They didn't refund me for the work but only applied it as a credit for future service.
