"Generally service to the vehicle is really good. The..." Generally service to the vehicle is really good. The process leading to dropping off, checking in, could use some user experience enhancements. At times they make mistakes, including a time I didn’t schedule service but they accidentally tagged me in the system for another persons service. They did fix it, but attention to detail lacking. also, I do get disappointed when I’m dropping $500+ on service and they give me a Toyota Corolla.

"Pleasant, efficient, and friendly" It is easy to make an appointment, the work was done quickly and well. In addition, I was provided a loaner car so that I did not need to wait at the dealership while the work was being done. This was important to be during this time of the pandemic. Staff was friendly and very helpful
