"Great Experience" After Carfax recommended I check out a used car for sale at Cain BMW - I called the dealership and spoke with John to see if the car online was still for sale. John not only did that but also brought it in to clean it up (as it snowed a lot that morning) before we took a test drive. He was very friendly and professional - not pushy in the slightest.
