"Pleased" Bought my car over the internet, was sure there was going to be problems. They quoted me a trade in value by photos I sent them, so we drove out to get it, 500 mile drive. This must have been the easiest car deal I have ever made! This is my 4th BMW and at the local dealer was never this easy.
