"BMX X3" Had been looking for a lightly used luxury SUV for a couple of months. Nothing serious - just keeping our eyes out online. Stopped into Cain after seeing a specific car online that was available. John was a pleasure to work with and was able to answer all of our questions. Seemed silly to keep looking after meeting with him. Eric also made the finance administrative portion "almost" enjoyable. He was quick and organized and had us out and on the road quickly! "2016 CPO X1" As someone looking for a CPO BMW I must say I was very impressed with the all-around experience at CAIN. Wide variety of dealers within a 1-1.5hr radius of home (including my current place of residence) but CAIN had the best inventory by far. Lots of great deals, inquired about a car I was interested in and heard back from John Romell almost immediately. "2016 X1" Very welcoming and helpful environment. John was great to work with making the process easy and I never felt any pressure whatsoever. The weather was quite rainy the day I went in but he didn't hesitate to run out into the rain to get different cars for me to test drive. When it was all said and done the store was closing and I offered to come back but John insisted it was no issue to stay late and make sure we completed everything. Excellent experience!
"2019 X5" Experience was great from the start. Called ahead of my visit and by the time I arrived we already had choices to review. I ended up ordering the car from factory, but the dealership had a slot to move things faster. From the time we met Jim untill we left with our car, it was a really great experience. No playing games like other dealership. I will buy from Jim and Cain again.
"Purchase BMW x3" Great response, friendly,knowledgeable, and accommodating. When I missed my appointment due to granddaughters medical issue Ron was very understanding and followed up to check on her condition. He was happy to reschedule at my convenience. Took time to go over every detail on the vehicle to insure I was familiar with all functions.
