"Best BMW dealership in the area" My experience with Cain BMW was great from start to finish! I was referred to Mr. Ron Wesley in the Sales Dept and he went above and beyond to help me find the car for me. Every single person I came in contact with at this dealership was friendly, kind and professional and I would like to thank all of them for making my experience pleasant and easy. I travel nearly 50 miles to this dealership but it is totally worth it. Thank you Cain BMW!

"Fair, friendly, and accommodating " Was interested in a used car from their lot, Jim was helpful on the phone in setting up an available time to stop in. The dealership itself is a very professional environment; open offices, would not be hard to find service from an employee, and nice waiting area with refreshments. "Professional, courteous and Fair" Walked in after seeing a car I was interested in online. Jim Barrett my sales rep was super helpful and knowledgeable. All questions were answered in a very timely manner. Great to work with! I would refer friends to this dealership. They strive to please.

"Great experience" This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership. Jim and the staff at Cain were very helpful walking me through the process. Not to be blunt, but I was completely ignorant going into the situation. Jim walked me through baby step by baby step without making me feel belittled or that I was getting taken advantage of. I would recommend jim and the cain dealership to anyone. Even first time buyers that could feel intimidated like myself

"Very satisfied with both Cain and Jim Barret." I’m very happy with my experience at Cain. I called Jim Barret and within 20 min was test driving the car I wanted. The price was great. It was quick and painless. Also got the best deal I could find online. Their price was far better than anyone within 100 miles.

"FANTASTIC experience - will never go to a different dealersh" I had a great experience with this dealership. I received amazing service from my salesman, Paul Sauvain, who worked very hard to find the perfect car for me at the price I wanted.
