"Great experience" This was a great experience from start to finish. Started off with John Romell and later worked with Jim at the dealership. Both individuals were excellent and provided top notch service. The dealership as a whole is clean, efficient and well organized. Worked with Eric in financing and he also was very efficient and had me in and out in no time. If you are considering a BMW (used or new) I would give these folks a call.
"Excellent Personalized Care" Our Salesman, Ron Wesley, is excellent. He is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about BMW's, as well as, cars in general. The BMW side of the Cain dealership is friendly and accommodating. I still stop in to say hello and enjoy an espresso (better than Starbucks by the way). All things considered, they make you feel like family there...in no small part due to Ron Wesley. It's been 6 months since we bought out car and Ron is just as helpful now as he was before the sale!
"Very smooth, easy purchase of a vehicle" My wife and I went into this dealership to look at a used 2-series BMW and worked with Ron Wesley. "Looking for a Highlander to replace the RAV-4" I have had 5 Toyotas since 1997, all certified used cars from Cain.
