"The sales process with Jake Archer was excellent...." The sales process with Jake Archer was excellent. Straight shooter, good advice and price. The service with Teresa Mullen is excellent. When a reported a small rattle she had a service manager/ technician Matt do a test drive with me to identify it. He did it quickly and i am sure it will be fixed. I have bought two BMW’s from this dealership and still own both. A pleasure to deal with this very professional dealership.
