Though I will say, when getting my oil change done, you don’t need to trick a consumer into getting mileage interval services done like brake fluid exchanges etc. By saying if we don’t do it our service lights will stay on… a simple explanation of the benefits of these services is a much better approach then to pressure consumers into getting these servi... read more
