I was a bit late and the warranty had just expired but she waived the charge, Picked up the car the next day. Nothing but good to report.

From the video of the vehicle inspection to performing unsolicited tasks (like replacing my weak key fob battery) their service was exceptional......very impressive.

He always kept us informed of any updates and provided details on all of our service options. Peterson performed faster than their estimated timelines and at a lower cost than estimated. By far the best dealer service I have ever received.
