"They are nice but highly ineffective on real issues" The service department is very nice, but when posed with harder mechanical issues on new cars they don't have the chops to deal with the issue.
"Restored my faith" I had some issues with getting a repair done on my car. A warranty was available but I was having to through BMW NA because my car was not USA originated. When BMW NA refused to help and the case manager I dealt with was down right rude, Peterson BMW came to my rescue. They restored my faith in BMW employees. Still love the cars, but I had lost faith in the customer service. I hope I never have to deal with anything BMW corporate related, but I will definitely go through Peterson BMW for things.
