"Amazing service!" I brought my car in for an oil service with Ryan and he did an amazing job. He kept me informed on times and if there was anything recommended.
"Service Department is " We have had our 2018 X-3 M40i and our 2009 535i both serviced at this dealership and will continue doing so. Tonya is always a welcome sight and helps me greatly in describing the problem so the service department has a heads up regarding the vehicle. A friendly and knowledgeable staff is essential to assuring a new customer (we came here from Michigan a year and a half ago with both vehicles), and you have achieved that with Ryan and Tonya and the rest of the service department.

"Outstanding Experience" From scheduling the service of my 2 BMWs to the completion of the service, everything went without a hitch. Tonya kept me informed throughout the process by telephone and text. She was very courteous and friendly, which helped make my waiting time in the customer area easier to bear. All in all the experience was outstanding.
"Great customer service" Good follow up and through. Customer service was excellent, loaner car good, fixed the issue with my vehicle, etc. I cant say anymore than that.

I like the vehicle electronic notification feature of problem(s) and service through our BMW service dept. This is why my next vehicle will be a BMW.
