"X5 Emissions alert" Ryan always keep me informed of the status of the service I am having performed and provides me with a link to ask questions if they might come up. Very professional and courteous at all times.

"Service visit" Had a great experience with recent visit for oil change. Also needed help with tire pressure and reinstalling grid lines on my rear view camera. Ryan also noted that tire wear was close to the point of needing to replace tires. They clearly showed me the amount of wear so I know to get tires replaced before any future long trips. Great customer service!!!!

"Follow-up on airbag warning light" new control module for airbag replaced and programmed in a timely manner. The dealer also found that there was an outstanding recall, which was taken care of during the airbag repair.
"From start to finish my experience was awesome!" First received by mail a reminder I needed to schedule annual service. I appreciate that so much. I called to schedule and got right in.
