"Windshield Replacement/Brake Work" Tonya Stroup is professional and friendly; makes you feel valued. Dealers normally charge a little more but, in the case of Peterson BMW well worth it for piece-of-mind. Extremely happy with the work and overall service provided. Would definitely recommended them.
"Great Customer Service!" I had my BMW in at a local dealership that services my other vehicles for an oil leak. My usual dealership could not service the BMW because they did not have the tools needed but did find that my oil pan was the cause of the leak. "Timely and excellent customer service" I am currently not living in Idaho and was my first experience with this dealer and had to have a windshield replaced on my 2019 X5 - 50i with a schedule that would work with my time in town. Ryan set up a schedule that would work for me and kept me apprised via text at progress and timing regarding completion of service which I appreciated.

"Turn around time from start to finishing the service seamles" Dealerships get a reputation for being costly. We found that Peterson BMW work with us on price, military and senior discounts in addition to the points program they offer. It all adds up! The service staff is knowledgeable, friendly and really take care of us. The overall experience is always productive and pleasant.

Tonya Stroup was very attentive and guided me through the process. It is a pleasure dealing with her and the service staff designated for the job.
