"I needed service while visiting out of town" I was visiting family (out of town) for the weekend and needed service on my vehicle. Tonya was exceptional in her responsiveness, assistance and her professionalism. This is the second time Tonya has come through in a huge way during my time of need. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! Tonya is amazing!
"Service completed quickly and professionally" My 428i was flat bedded to the dealership after hours and was ready by 3 in the afternoon the next day after having a faulty fuel pump replaced. My car has been washed and clean inside and out that was on my way with no out-of-pocket expense since everything was covered by my BMW CPO extended warranty. BMW experience the way it's meant to be.

"Trouble in Boise" I was leaving Las Vegas for Washington when my 530i broke down. I was able to make it to Peterson BMW for repairs. The staff was very friendly, extremely courteous and resolved my issue. Not only did they source parts and helped me feel relaxed, they treated me like a VIP, even though I was just driving through town. I cannot state enough how awesome my service person and the mechanic were. Thank you!!
"Dealership with integrity...." Dealership with honesty and integrity. They meet the time frames and customer satisfaction levels with the highest marks and expectations. I went in for an estimated $850.00 service bill; upon picking up my vehicle they informed me that I didn’t need a service that was recommended by others and saved me over $500.00 dollars. Very pleasant staff.
"Oil change" Ryan was great to work with. Took a week to get my car in, but they were awesome once it was in. Thanks everyone so much! Rental car had a really annoying chrome accent on the inside that is blinding while you drive. I had to drive with one hand blocking it so I could see.
