I gave the rating with such stars because Ryan went out of his way to assure optimal service. Although I was not pleased with the loaner vehicle the service provided to my BMW was just what I needed plus more with pleasant customer.
I will definitely bring my car back for any maintenance. Thank you for honest and reliable service! Ryan was very professional, and called me with findings and updates.
I took my BMW 335i in the delearship because I was electrical issues, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others. I will come again in the futre for maintenance services.
very pleasant experience and very efficient. good work Ryan the service assistant and the shuttle driver was very friendly, safe and prompt. I must say that I've been severely disappointed in most BMW dealers but maybe I've found a good one in Boise.
I had been leaking coolant and thought my expansion tank was cracked, took it in and Jake was awesome with his customer service, we talked of getting the leak checked out and giving my car a thorough inspection due to taking a road trip to Las Vegas next month. His guys found the expansion tank was cracked and I also had an engine oil gasket seal that was leaking as well. They took great care of my car and got it all fixed up for my trip next month. Brought my recently acquired 328i in for first service. Oil change, air filter, warning light, brake check. Couldn't have been a smoother experience. Very pleased!
I had scrapped the bottom of my car which ripped off a piece of fiber. I met with Ryan and told him what happened and wanted him to check if anything else had happened. He patched the car in a couple of days and gave a genuine review saying, usually this would not require a replacement but as a it was guarding something at the bottom and it was exposed we had to patch it up.
Marlon & Colby spent time with me to review features It was really good to spend this time as I live 5 hours round trip. Learned a lot
