He is incredibly knowledgeable about BMW cars and it's so nice to deal with someone who is so honestly passionate about his product and putting you in the right vehicle for your needs . Al was great, knowledgeable, patient, attentive and fun to deal with. He took a lot of time to make sure my fiance got the car she wanted. He knew so much about BMW's because he himself is a huge BMW fan/owner. If you want a BMW and you don't go to Al, you're cheating yourself.

I called Center BMW regarding my CPO 335D and Jonny Simms was the dealer that took the call. He made arrangements for me to come in and take a look the car even on his day off. After making a purchase he followed up with me and even made sure I was completely satisfied. Overall the dealership was very friendly and willing to work with me but I was mostly impressed how even after I purchased the car that Jonny was able to follow up with me to make sure I got what was promised.
Al Herbst was great. I bought a new X3 after spending days trying to figure out what options to include. Al was patient and helpful, always there when needed but never pushy. Great experience with Al and the rest of Center BMW staff. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
I feel very appreciated as a customer that my sales person, Al Herbst, followed through and got me a second set of keys for my certified pre-owned BMW I purchased a couple of months ago.
