I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at Center BWM in Sherman Oaks. Al Herbst helped me throughout the process. Exceptional customer service, very friendly, and most importantly, he makes sure you're satisfied with your purchase. That's what a salesmen is all about, taking care of a customer. This was the most pleasant, efficient experience I've had in leasing a new BMW, and this is my 9th! Al Herbst is 'on it' - he knows all the ins and outs of BMW performance, options, lease, price, and customer service. I came to Center on a Thursday after seeing a car I was interested in online, and receiving a phone call from Al Herbst himself. That Saturday I left the dealership in my beautiful 335i. Al made the process very easy and answered every question I had about the car, and still answers my questions. I've kept in touch with him and he's always willing to help with any potential issue or answer any questions I have about my car. I highly recommend paying him a visit if you are interested in a BMW.

Eventually, I located a vehicle suited for me and contacted David Koeppel at Center BMW. He was kind, professional and attentive to my needs. I would recommend this dealership and salesperson. My husband and son picked out the car on Labor Day; as I was not with them, I scheduled an appointment with Al for Friday to go over how to use the car. We met and he instantly put me at ease saying he would explain the car to me as long as it took. Well, we sat in my car in the shade, it was over 104 degrees, for over an hour. I left feeling I've made a new friend and know how to use my car. I would highly recommend both Al and the dealership.
