I own two BMW's, a 745 & 530. Shahe Tavoukjian has been my service writer from the beginning, and while I hate to admit it, Shahe was probably my reason for being a repeat customer to Center BMW. Shahe understands the "mechanics" of the car, so when I have a problem, he understands better than most people that just "writes orders." He makes the extra effort so often, that now this is what I have come to expect. If Cenet BMW is geographically desirable for you, I would certainely stop to see Shahe directly.
Shahe tavoukjian greeted me with a kind warm welcome. He found out what I needed and took care of everything super fast! Great eye contact lots of smile all around pleasant person to work with. I came in very late I sure he had to stay late because of me but you wouldn't even notice from his great attitude.
