Dennis is great. He is responsive and makes sure what ever needs to be done is done in the period of time promised. I met him when he was brand new at Center BMW and I'm so glad that he stayed and it has worked out. One of the reasons I keep coming back.
I have been bringing my car here for 3 years now and I get the same excellent service every time. My service advisor Dennis has always been very pleasant and kind, he always go the extra mile to make every visit exceptionally good. Shuttles are always ready to take you home or back to work. Waiting for your car is not a burden either, thanks to their waiting lounge that has free wifi and plenty of snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend this dealer and of course my favorite SA Dennis. Gotta love Center BMW!
I bought a car from Center BMW and have since been using their service center and specifically with Dennis. I have to admit that while there are many choices to have my car serviced at other dealer/centers around the LA area, it is the professionalism and courtesy that I get from Dennis and his team that brings me back. I have also recommended friends and other BMW owners to give Center a try and specifically seek out Dennis!

My family has been bringing there BMW's to Center BMW for probly 10 years now simply because they are THE BEST. I experienced starting problem with my car. I called Shahe and he said he could have my car ready the same day. When I made there, he arranged for me to have a loaner and took care of the problem. A couple of hours later he called me and my car was ready. Shahe has taking care of me since I bought my Car in 2008. I am very happy with the services I have received from Shahe and Center BMW.
I was extremely spoiled with my old dealership in ABQ (Sandia BMW) and Tony, my guy there. I was a little concerned since there didn't seem to be a Center of Excellence in my area of LA. I went into the dealership to talk to them before committing. I do the same with my dentist and doctor, so why not my car's doctors? I am glad I chose the guys. They have been great. I gave this dealership the rating I did because of the wonderful experience and customer service I received from Chuck Wilder. He made me feel Like I was the only one he was helping and I didn't have to do any thing..He was great from start to finish. Because of his Excellent service when I went to buy my new car I started with Center BMW and ended up getting a great deal and wonderful service as well. I would send any and everyone to Chuck. Out of 1-10 he is a 20!
