Shahe has been my service advisor since 2007 --- for my 2007 750i. Recently, he recommended the extended warranty program for my car as I drive a lot. I purchased the mechanical failure warranty and it has already come into use for a minor issue. My ignition key became defective and the additional warranty helped cover its replacement. Shahe always calls me by name although I know he has many customers. He is unfailingly polite, knowledgeable and handsome to boot! Thank you Center BMW and Shahe! Cynthia Kawa
why I rated shahe high is , As i came in to the daeler Shahe greted myself. very nice person to work with, brought my 3 series for service and he quoted me a great price, I had my brakes fix and oil change. when the car was ready he called and ask me to come pick my car up, car was ready in a timly manner. car was also washed. Shahe, is a great asset to your organization. He handled all my issue with the utmost professional manner I have ever seen in a service manager. He delivered diligently on everything we discuss and even took care of a problem with an oil leak which I didn't know existed. They took me on the spur of the moment and were fantastically helpful. I had moved and tried a different dealership and had terrible customer service. I now purposely drive all the way to the valley just to get the high level of customer service at Center BMW.
I have been coming to Center BMW for over 5 years now, since I bought the car there. I originally had trouble with the service (that guy not sales parts), but in the last 2-3 years, the service has been incredible, since I found Dennis Bohlig!!! I've had my BMW 545 for 2 years now.. in that time, I've had nothing but great service. Dennis Bohlig goes beyond what it is necessary to make sure I'm taken care of. I've recommended to several people they visit here and make sure to ask for Dennis Bohlig. I had a great experience with my Service Specialist, Dennis Bohlig. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Dennis made sure that I completely understood everything Center BMW was going to do before leaving my vehicle to be serviced. Upon arriving in the afternoon, everything was completed on time. Dennis made sure I was satisfied with the work done. Dennis has helped me a couple of times now and has been very thorough and understanding. I plan to use him exclusively when my BMW needs servicing.
