I'm changing my review because I love BMW and mostly thanks to Jason Corey (the operational Manager). I had some issues with the sales team, but I'm telling you, Jason Corey got all my problems solved in one day and he went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Thank you Jason Corey!

Steve Tureaud is one of the best and knowledgeable Service Specialist I have had to deal with in all the years I have had a BMW. Repairs are done on time and the vehicle is returned clean and in good contition. The lounge is comfortable with all the necessary comforts - TV,coffee,snacks, internet connections etc.

I took my BMW 550i to Center BMW for routine service. The experience from making the initial appointment, to dropping off my car, to picking up the car when it was done, was first class. Brian made sure that I understood what service was being performed, kept me informed regarding the status of my car, and explained to me after the fact what work had been done. I purchased my 530i here and Shahe has serviced it exclusively. He is an outstanding service rep and has treated my freiends and clients that I've referred equally great. I've referred 6 people to CENTER BMW with 5 of them purchasing cars and 3 are servicing their cars there, they all are very happy with the results.

This dealership is great! The customer service department always has prompt service and returns the car on time and clean. I've been going to this dealership for 3+ years.

I take my 3-series to Center BMW for any and all service because of the great service I've come to expect from Service Representative Shahe Tavoukjian. Very helpful, concise and easy to understand explanations, honest and trustworthy, takes the time to ensure you have all your questions explained, and actually makes you feel like an old friend that he's trying to help. Highly recommend Shahe for all your BMW service needs.

my service advisor was knowledgable, friendly and very professional. Hi always take care of my car and myself everytime i go there. He suggest what need to be done and explain what they did to my car.
