Review of Bert Smith BMW I purchased a 2015 BMW 528i 2 days ago and had an excellent experience at Bert Smith. Our salesman Michael was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle without any pressure that is generally felt when buying a car. I love my new car. It truly is a wonderful driving experience.

Bert Smith BMW - Excellent treatment I was in market for a BMW, my first choice of cars happened to be a new car in MD. Dealer was trying to tell me they were customer-friendly but they were not in my opinion. So I was quite happy to bid them farewell and go to my second choice in cars that fit what I was looking for. This was truly a car buying pleasant experience. I usually fold Lawyers, Bankers, Accountants, Politicians, and Car Salesmen in the same category; however, the Bert Smith BMW experience pulled them out of my usual analysis. This was truly a great car buying experience. I would buy another automobile from this store in a heartbeat.

Excellent First Experience with Bert Smith I recently acquired a BMW from this dealership, and I was thoroughly impressed with the car buying process and overall experience. I have heard many great things about this dealership, and was happy to find them to all be true. I will certainly be back to this dealership in the future for all my car lease needs.

Walter from Bert Smith VW is amazing! Walter had walked into my boyfriends job wearing a Bert smith VW shirt and my boy friend started to express his concerns on my current VW (not from their dealership), Walter gave him a card and told him he could help and within minutes of emailing him he was there to respond. Bill Gunnett Super helpful and knowledgeable, Knew the product inside and out without being pushy to make the deal.The salesman close to the "Pre-owned" doors shoulld get off their feet and try to say hello to the customers entering your showroom. My face, I am sure, I did not say: I'm not buying; just tire kicking.

Great VIP service!! I purchased a 2013 X3 in December of 2012 after a major car accident totaled my 2011 328i (as well as saved my life.) Several months ago I took my car in for service and my loaner was a new 328i. While I simply adored my X3, I remembered the exhilaration I felt with driving a car.
