A very nice experience I arrived early in the morning met Josh in service told him what I needed on my vehicle left vehicle with him he arranged a shuttle to the Mayo Clinic for me he called me or my vehicle was complete when I returned for the vehicle explain thoroughly what they did and what could possibly be needed in the future a very positive experience kudos to Josh and to both of the shuttle drivers that took me and brought me back
good overall good experience overall. could have sped up the buying process by having the trade-in evaluated while test driving the new car. paperwork took way too long.
Good service on a cold day I work out of town so I don't know week to week when I'll be in town. So I wasn't able to schedule an appointment, but service was able to get me in. I dropped off 8am and got a loaner for the day. Top notch got my car back after lunch. Clear communication and a clean car.
problem solved promptly Jeff Bradshaw was extremely accommodating and took care of the tire issue promptly The shuttle service was reliable n timely. They even cleaned the car. That was a bonus
Love the shuttle service! The shuttle driver was nice enough to get me to my workplace even though he officially didn't start his day for another 15 minutes. Because of him I was able to get my Tiguan dropped off AND get to work on time. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks! The only awkward moment was waiting to pick up my vehicle. A little rushed and then when the driver finally pulled up he just left the vehicle, door open and walked away. I had to holler at him if I was ok to go and he nodded.
