Excellent experience Our sales rep, Almin Alisa, definitely helped us through this process. He was engaging, very personable, and knowledgeable about the product. He encouraged but did not pressure us. We ended up buying a beautiful car for a fair price! And the finance person, Rob, expertly arranged the financing to best meet our needs. We have bought cars from Park Place in the past and always found them to be fair, honest and reliable. We couldn't be happier! We will be back I'm sure!

Service Department Excellent I am a mechanic by trade. This is the first time I have brought my car to a dealership for work, ever. I had them change my oil and fuel filter. It was about $30 more than If I did it by myself. They washed the car, and vacuumed It out before returning it to me. They are not like most dealerships and go around and try to find things that are wrong with it. Very friendly and upfront. I am very appreciative of this atmosphere and will gladly be returning to have service done here.
Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Experience James Taylor was friendly, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I never felt like he was pushing me to buy a car. It was all about informing me to make the best decision for me. I ended up leaving happier than I thought was possible and with an ever better deal! Great Experience Buying a Used Car Almin A. was very professional, kind, and efficient when helping me trade in my old Kia and purchase a used Jetta. He got me in unexpectedly, fixed the repair (Service Professionals), I had a clean car to get into and I made my 3:30 appointment. Great service We viewed a car online that we were interested in and inquired to get more information. Sam emailed us back right away and we received all the information requested and made an appt to drive down from the twin cities to test drive the car. Sam was great to work with, went through everything on the car with us, and we ended up purchasing the vehicle for a competitive price.
