Great service. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall attention we received for such a simple fix. We had to travel so using the shuttle and having some fun while in Rochester made the day great. Thanks again to both Bob's and AJ for making us feel comfortable.
Interesting experience Over all, it was a decent experience, other than not disclosing how much time and miles were left on the VW warranty, apparently the paperwork could not be found, I have no complaints. Ron is a very pleasant, knowledgeable sales person, was nice doing business with him.
