Mixed experience Ron Thrune rates a 10 out of 10 in customer service. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and patiently had my wife and I test drive several Audis and BMWs, We ultimately purchased a Q5. The buying process could have proceeded much better. We were standing around waiting for the finance person to be available so we could complete the paperwork. Ron was trying to expedite, and after an hour of wandering the showroom, he finally became available.

The Best I bought I used car from Ron. We came down form Minneapolis and could not be happier with the service we received. The even delivered the car to use when it was ready. We feel like we got a new car at a used car price. Turns out my neighbor also went there from Minneapolis as well to get a car could not recommend this dealership enough.

Great experience! When we arrived to Park Place we had been to numerous dealerships trying to find the right vehicle for our family and future new driver in the household. We were fortunate that Frank Galvan came out to greet us while looking and offered us the keys if we wanted to take it for a drive by ourselves.
