Great Service Joshua and the Audi dealership are very professional, friendly and most importantly good at what they do. Great experience I just stopped in to get a quick price on a BMW lease and salesman James Taylor not only gave me the price on the car I was looking at, but also recommended a car that more options and was even cheaper and a better deal. Great experience buying My fiance and I made the drive down from the Twin Cities to check out a VW TDI Beetle that we spotted on Cars.com. Better than the next! I worked with two Audi dealerships (one was Luther Park Place) to get a car located at Luther Park Place. Hands down Luther Park Place earned my business over the other dealership, and I didn't even visit it in person or meet the salesman until he delivered the car to my front door the next day.
I was looking for a used AUDI A6 I wanted to replace my 2004 AUDI A6 with a used (a few years old) low mileage A6. I saw one on the lot that fit my needs. I started the process of finding out about it, got all my questions answered, got a good deal on my trade in and closed on the deal in one afternoon. Great service experience. They have a really streamlined, efficient process for dropping off and picking up your car. Service reps are also very knowledgeable and you get to speak to someone who specializes in your make of vehicle (VW, Audi, etc.). It's also a nice touch that they wash your car and clean out the floor mats.
