Great service, quick responses and knowledgable I came in to get my headlights adjusted and I got just what I needed. The service department ordered a new part for me, I worked with Josh and he got just what I needed! The shuttle brought me to my work not too far away and picked me up when my service was finished and that was very convenient!
Get you in and out quickly with your new car James Taylor was very responsive and honest to my initial inquiries, and didn't constantly badger me to come in and check out the vehicle i was interested in. Loyal Audi Customer We just purchased our second Audi from this dealership. With the first one we had excellent service and the people were always friendly and very helpful. Above and beyond service We were going from Rochester to Texas when our VW had problems. We called The service representative, Jeff Bradshaw, after telling him where we were, he found the closest dealer, Lithia VW is n Des Moines Iowa and informed them of our problem. They were waiting for us when we pulled in at 4:30. Their technician stayed an hour late and got our car back on the road. Jeff called to make sure we were okay and being taken care of. Outstanding Experience I worked with Frank Galvan and had an awesome experience. I shopped at several dealers and Frank made me the best deal. Although they are 3 hours from me, it was the right decision. The entire process was smooth, seamless, hassle free and very simple.
