First Time Customer and First Time BMW owner This was my first car buying experience, and it has been great. They were very courteous and extremely helpful in my car buying experience. Very knowledgeable with all the cars I looked at, and they had a wide variety of cars. Easy to get test drives for the cars I was looking at. Car has been great and the sales people were fantastic.
Long Distance purchase a "home Run"! Found the X5 on an Internet site. It looked like what I was looking for and I called and talked to Paul Cushman, who did everything he could to acquaint me with the car. Sent lots of pictures, CarFax and other history and documentation and we discussed several times. Agreed to buy subject to seeing it and drove up from Iowa several days later to close. First 'local' purchase in Rochester We purchased a pre-owned / certified vehicle from ParkPlace earlier this month. Overall it was a very good experience. Our sales person, Frank, stayed in touch while we were searching for the right car and helped to get one that we liked from the TwinCities shipped down. This was the first time we bought a car from this dealership (and first time we purchased in town). We would recommend and would buy here again!

Used Car Buying I went into Park Place becuase I was interested in a used car I saw online. I had never purchased a car from a dealership before, and being a young woman, I am alway leery when it comes to anything with cars. Great car, great customer experience Leasing my Sportage from Luther Park Place was a great experience. Eric really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new car. Unmatched Our second new car purchase at Park Place in the past three years. We were fortunate to have available to us a buyer's program which eliminated any price haggling.
