First time customer and I was delighted I would like to say that my experience with Luther Park Place Motors was absolutely excellent. Josh in the Audi Service area was very professional and took time out to assist me with the operations of some of the features on my car. I appreciated his taking that extra time to help me and because of that will definitely come back to Luther for service needs on my Audi. I was very impressed with Josh and the entire team at Luther Park Place Motors.
Service The engine warning light on my VW CC came on. I called Park Place service and was told to bring it in the following day. The service was completed the same day and fully covered by the warranty. Jeff from Park Place called the following day to make sure everything had been taken care of. Very happy with the great service.
Repeat great experience This is my third BMW, and second purchased from Park Place. Another great experience with everyone on the team, and especially Paul Cushman. Fantastic team!!
More than worth the drive I dealt with several dealers in the Twin Cities and was put off by by the overall condescending attitude towards their view of their products and pricing. I had looked at Park Place Motors several times online but was concerned it was too good to be true and I would have to wait longer to get a car vs "the Big Mega Dealers". Best Price no hassles Purchase was easy and quick. Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to go through the vehicle accessories. The drive home was not full of hassles trying to find things in the dark. Love the car!!!
Great Service Our Kia Sorento began experiencing some problems. The service department set up an appointment right away. When I brought it in, they quickly determined it would need transmission work and set me up with a loaner. It took a few days. Very pleased with my purchase I was in the market for an AWD car from Audi or BMW. Park Place Motors had the best deal going that I could find in our region on a very nice 1-owner BMW 335xi. I got more than expected for my trade and their price for the BMW was very reasonable.
