Warranty work The LED turn signal went out on my tail light they researched and found that is was in a service bullentin and replaced. The service manager was very helpful and also expained several other questions that I had about up coming service schedules
Friendly staff paul was courteous and not forceful in his sale technique. answered questions promptly and thoroughly. spent extra time finding the vehicle desired even though it was not in the luther stock. even though there was a "hick-up" in some of the incentives of a '14 vs. '15, situation was handled professionally and without interruption to complete sale. would recommend your organization to other family and friends. mark
Oil change Got me in and out in timely fashion. The staff was very polite and waiting area was nice. Coffee was free and good.

Excellent people, understanding to your needs. I haven't bought a car since 2001 and that car died in the first part of May. I went to Luther Park Place Motors at 9:00 am with the intention of buying a great car. I only drove one car, a Kia Optima SX, started the process of finance and was on my way home by 11:30 am. A great service experience! A. J took great care of me when I had my X3 serviced. This was my last visit under my service contract and he made sure that everything was taken care of, even my brakes. I will certainly continue to have my car serviced at Park Place BMW even without the service contract.
A Good Purchasing Experience We stopped in to test drive a Mazda3 and Eric suggested that we take a look at a Kia Forte. We did, and it was the perfect car for us. First Audi Service Bought my 2014 Audi S4 at Audi of St. Paul but had my first service done at Rochester Audi because of their awesome service department. If you have an audi in the Metro I would def check these guys out. They came to my house in Stillwater to pick up my car and had it delivered back the next day. Plus they gave me a great loaner. I'll be buying my next Audi in Rochester.
