We wanted fast kia recall service & got it.... We had a recall notice since last November on our 08 kia optima....our fault that we live 45 minutes away and that we get all our service done at the local ford garage 15 minutes from home so our records don't show for kia. Great Experience From the moment we contacted Frank at the dealership, he was very friendly and helpful in locating what we were looking for. When we went to the dealership to buy/pick up our Jetta, Eric was awesome! He answered our questions and took the time to explain features on our vehicle to us. I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service from everyone from my service advisor, Kevin, to the shuttle drivers to the cashier - everyone is always so cheerful and professional! First car buying experience We purchased our first car from Park Place Motors. The buying process took a very long time- we were there for about 4 hours. I was surprised that the vehicle had not already been detailed when we test drove it. There were chips in the windshield and we asked them to replace the windshield. Ideally the vehicle would have been detailed and ready to go as soon as they put it up for sale.
