Warranty work and oil change First time experience at Park Place and it was a great one! The service was extremely timely and complete. The service team was very helpful and followed through with every request.
tops in customer service Brought my VW EOS in for recommended service. They did the service, made recommendations on near future needs and helped me learn how to use some of the features of the car. I bought the car from a private party, they weren't required to be so helpful, they just were. The shuttle rides and car wash was just added positives.

Sweet Deal My wife and I were shopping for a used SUV. The sales rep was very friendly and did not pressure us into anything. He was very quick to respond to emails and follow-up questions we had on the car. We got a very fair deal on our vehicle and the buying process was quick and painless. After we had the car for a couple days, we noticed the driver's side power mirror wasn't functioning correctly and there wasd moisture in the tail light.
