Luther Used Car Salesmen I do not need a Luther used car salesman calling me prior to my next service review. As I told him ,he would likely totally insult me with his offer. Put me on the do not call list.Also, I find your final important notice which you are requesting before submission to be intimidating .
Oil change and brake fluid replaced Good service but almost impossible to reach service advisor by phone unless you want to wait a day or so for a return call. That is usually too long to wait so I end up having to show up in person to speak to advisor in person. This is not the case when I have service done at ether of the BMW dealerships in the twin cities.
Oil change and tire rotation The service staff is friendly and accommodating. I waited in the lounge for the service which took just under 3 hours. I thought this a rather long wait for what was done

People were great! Paperwork takes too long! People were great to work with, but once deal agreed upon, everything slows down. Seems like there has to be better system available to speed this up.
Bad service and rip off I have been there three times for my heated seats. The first time they did there is no problem. They clearly didn't work. Brought in a second time and they did it was theheating element. They replaced this and it cost more than a thousand dollars. Two weeks later it stopped working again. I brought it back and now they say it is some other problem. The service rep wouldn't look me in the eye when discussing the issue and was rude.
Used Audi purchase I was very satisfied wth the purchase process. I searched online for the car and worked with the salesman online, meeting in person when I drove to Tochester to collect the car.
Pretty lengthy oil change On December 26, 2018, at 8:17am I called Park Place Motors to make an appointment to get an oil change. Thinking that I would have to wait a few days for the oil service, 12 days later on January 7, 2019, I was able to make an appointment........for an oil change. There was no other service needed. Upon pulling into the service bay on January 7th, fifteen minutes early, there were no other cars in the bay waiting, and an Audi SUV pulled in after me. No Response I had inquired more than once about a used vehicle on Cars.com. The dealer never responded. I guess they didn't want my business. I won't consider them in the future.
