repair I bought my Kia at another dealership and brought it to Kia for a possible leak. I wanted it looked at since it may be covered under warranty. I was very happy with the quick inspection and determination of the problem, the phone contact to explain it to me and the promptness in geting it fixed. Dealership Overall this dealership is the best I have ever gone thru. I have been from Chicago to Rochester. They are the only ones that give you the service you want and give you the right car your are looking for. They really know there information on the cars. New Purchase Overall the buying process went well. I was disappoint in that there is no give on price and the low trade in value offered for my car. I did my homework & know I should of gotten a better trade in. The salesman did a great job of explaining the prossess of purchasing the car and how to operate everything in the car.
