Warranty Issue I brought my car in for a suspected leak on the rack and pinion found by my mechanic. At first the service man I spoke with tried to tell me it was probably something else because that doesn't happen at 48,000 miles like I had. I got a call finally from him at 5:00 when I was headed to pick my car up. He said in fact it WAS a leak and the part will be ordered and fixed free of charge since I was still under warranty. great sales person We really enjoyed working with Karen finding a used vehicle. After test driving some vehicles we settled on the 2011 Kia Sorento. Karen really made the overall sale the best I have ever had and I have bought alot of cars,trucks etc... We will buy our next car from Karen and Park Place Motors.
Traveling through the Volkswagen buying process The travels began 2 weeks ago when I walked in to find literature about the New Beetle, just to see what was, and Ms. Klann greeted me after coming inside, got me the folder and said that if she could be of help, she would answer any question I might have. Super disappointed in our car salesman's honesty Our Italian salesman led us to believe that we were buying a Certified used car. We were so naïve that we took his word that the guys in the detail department hadn't been doing their job when we noticed areas that needed cleaning. There were no floor mats in our 2017 BMW. He assured us he would order them; that was back in August and repeated phone calls, sending notes, and actually leaving him a message on his desk...still No floor mats.
