Awful maintenance/service dealership. This was the most awful experience i have ever had at a VW dealership for maintenance service. I'll never go back to Park Place VW.

service deptartment I called them to find out if there were any open recalls on a Volkswagen we had just bought. I was told there were 2. I set up an appointment for the next week. Move personal schedules around so the car could be dropped off for 3 hours for the recall work. Drove 30 miles one way and dropped the car off. 50 minutes after it was dropped off, I get a call, the recalls had expired, but they would do the work for a charge! What a way to get business. Park Place Motors...Horrible service We will never buy another vehicle from this place again. Of course the sales guys are nice...they want you to buy a vehicle. The service is all show with no delivery. We have taken our vehicle back here 4 times now for service. Living 40 miles away, it makes it an effort to get bring our vehicle there for service. Every time we have brought our vehicle in for service we have to bring it back twice to actually get the issue resolved. Not sure if they try to MacGyver the parts together or i... read more

Efficient Customer Service But can do Better Even though bought my BMW from other dealership, AJ was very friendly and my car was serviced in time and also got the phone call once it was done. They however, forgot to was the car. I asked the employee who came out to deliver the car. He went back to wash it...but left the car running in the lot without informing me. Had to notice that the running car was in the lot...hoped in and left!!

Scammed: Sold new audi with rust I do NOT recommend this dealership-go to Minneapolis to buy a BMW or Audi. When I went to look at their cars in March I noticed they had appreciable rust on the rotor plates and wheel parts. I made it clear that I did not want to drive off a new car with breaks parts that looked like that. They assured me that any rust was just surface and could be cleaned. Protective Asset Protection Extended Warranty prob 1) Purchased the 2005 Kia Amanti in late 2006 2) Was sold the "Advantage" extended Warranty contract by the dealer through Protective Asset Protection (The warranty company gets the advantage, not you) 3) Called the dealer, explained the car started blowing cold air from the driver's side, but hot air still comes out the passenger side. 4) Was told, "you have a great extended warranty" bring it in and we'll take a look. 5) They took a look ($109 of looking) told me they don'... read more

Horrible post purchase service In the end of August I came in to purchase a vehicle that I saw earlier in the day while driving through the lot. Almin came over to assist, we went for a test drive and I decided to purchase the car. He was a great salesman, said everything a car buyer would want to hear and was knowledgeable about the vehicle.
