Very poor experience My initial interaction was with Ms. Megan Gergen when she contacted me to discuss the vehicle after my inquiry from the “chat” option on your website. During our conversation, I requested a list of information regarding the vehicle. Brought my 2013 JSW TDI in due to an issue with surging... Brought my 2013 JSW TDI in due to an issue with surging while cruising. 88klicks on the odometer, a year ago VW replaced the injectors, after a similar problem. This time, car returned - no fix - still have surging and rapid deceleration. Mack advises me to drive another week and if issue not self resolved bring the auto back in for another... something. OK, it's gotta be fixed sometime, right?

Think twice Update to our review. Do not purchase from this dealership. When things go south, they don't care and only care about themselves. With our new vehicle purchase, we purchased add-ons such as paint protection film and ceramic coating (both interior and exterior). They also promised paint protection to get the swirl marks their detailer made on the vehicle. Service due The service department recently replaced some positions to fix a oil consumption issue, but now the turbo seems to be leaking oil now. Now I have another appointment to hopefully pinpoint that.
Usually good but not this time. Frustrated with a rattle that they couldn't find. Was told it would likely take all afternoon to find it. Huh? Picked up the vehicle and it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in my car.
Uncomfortable chairs in waiting room I am short & chairs were not tolerable to sit & there were no others to sit in. I had to walk outside & then take shuttle to Hobby Lobby rather than use waiting room.
